Extensive collection of notes, lectures, meetings, examination papers and courses from 1946 to 1961. Papers relating to his time as art adviser to the West Riding County Council 1949-1953, School for training art teachers, 1950-1962, the Conference of art teachers training centre 1958-1967, University of London institute of education 1959-1974, the Schools council 1975-1977, and as an examiner at various universities and with CNAA. The collection also includes children's art work from their daughter, Jenny, brought together by himself and his wife, Molly, and an extensive library of books from his personal collection.
