Seonaid Robertson

Books, papers and letters, tapes, films, videos etc. relating to her work as an arts and crafts teacher in the West Riding. A founder member of Bretton Hall, she held the position of Senior Lecturer in Art and Crafts, and later wrote many articles on arts, crafts and dyeing. "Rosegarden and Labrynth" was her seminal book on art and education. The collection also includes material forming the exhibition 'Work of Seonaid Mairie Robertson' which took place in Albuquerque, New Mexico in the U.S.A. 1983-89.
